These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website mfathy.me and the services offered by M.FATHY LTD ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the United Kingdom at Office 6647, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom, on behalf of Dr. Mostafa M. Fathy. By booking or paying for any service through this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following professional services:

  • Maxillofacial Digital Treatment Planning — digital, imaging-based treatment planning support for orthognathic, trauma, and tumor cases.
  • Scientific Research Services — support with scientific writing, referencing, statistical analysis, and academic presentation preparation.
  • Private Tutoring — one-on-one or small-group tutoring in oral & maxillofacial surgery topics for dental and medical students.
  • Consultation — personalized clinical or academic consultation, in-person or remote.

Service scope, format, and duration are agreed individually with each client prior to booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided directly to you at the time of enquiry or booking and depends on the scope of the service requested. Payment is collected securely via Stripe, using a Stripe-hosted payment link or an emailed invoice. We do not process or store your card details ourselves. Full payment is generally required before or at the time a service is delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All fees are due at the time of booking or invoicing. Once a consultation, tutoring session, digital treatment planning engagement, or research service has begun, it is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but this is not guaranteed and does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Professional & Medical Disclaimer

Consultations and digital treatment planning provided through this website are for informational, advisory, and planning purposes and do not replace an in-person clinical examination, diagnosis, or emergency medical care. Any clinical treatment or surgical procedure will only be undertaken following appropriate in-person assessment at a licensed healthcare facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials prepared as part of a service — such as treatment plans, tutoring materials, or research documents — are provided for the client's personal or academic use unless otherwise agreed. We retain ownership of our own templates, methodologies, and pre-existing materials used in delivering the service.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the requested service, and to attend scheduled sessions on time. We are not responsible for delays or limitations in service quality resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
